Foodie Friday-Lori's Barbeque Beef

Lori's Barbeque Beef

1 large Chuck Roast

1 envelope Onion Soup Mix

14 oz. can Beef Broth

Put all 3 ingredients into a slow cooker. Cook on low setting for 24 hours. Remove meat to a platter and shred with forks.

Add "Montgomery Inn" Barbeque sauce as desired.

Serve on buns or a slice of french bread.

This may not be fancy, but they always come back for more.
